
PROGRAM & PERFORMANCE TIMES:
Programs will be available from the front gate. Performance Times - Gates will open at 4.30pm with bands playing on stage from 5.00pm until 12.00 midnight at the Kurrajong Amphitheatre Complex, Queensland Heritage Park, Exhibition Avenue, Biloela, Central Queensland.
ENTRY:
Entry Fees - Entry is $10.00 per person. Children under 12 are admitted free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult. No other discounts/concessions are available. Please note that photo I.D. will be required at the gate. Wristbands will be issued to each attendee on payment of the entry fee. Entrance to the arena is only possible with a valid wristband. Wristbands that have been removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. No Pass Outs To Under Age Attendees. Please note that attendees under the age of 18 will not be granted a pass out. If an under age attendee needs to leave the venue they will have their wristbands removed prior to leaving and will need to re-pay an entry fee is they wish to re-enter.
ON-SITE FACILITIES:
On-site facilities include: bars, food and non-food stalls, information tent, meeting point, first aid, market stalls and merchandise. Bars are strictly patrolled. A licenced area will be provided for attendees over the age of 18. Food Stalls. There are a variety of food stalls throughout the site. Seating. This is an open-air event. Please note that no seating is provided. Toilets are situated at the end of the car park. Litter. Please use the litter bins provided. Children's Facilities. Please note that there is no separate children's area for this event. Information Tent. The information tent will handle any of your queries. Message boards with information pertaining to the event and the local surrounds can also be found here. Meeting Point. There is a meeting point situated in the amphitheatre. Car Parking is available on site and on nearby roads. Coaches. Drop off and pick up sites are available on site. Camping. No camping facilities are available on site.
EVENT CHECKLIST:
The key to having a great time at the Biloela Rockfest and Christmas Rocks events is to be prepared. So, here are some items that you may consider bringing along with you - money, clothing (for all seasons), blanket, chairs, camera, mobile phone, sun cream and hat, tissues.
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY:
Please contact the nearest member of security or a steward for help. Crime. Avoid it! Keep your money, credit cards and belongings to a minimum. Be vigilant. Keep an eye on your things. Report any crime to a steward/security guard or to the officials' station.
Drugs. Drugs are just as illegal on-site as they are anywhere else. Don't take them. Zero tolerance will be applied to all offenders.
Crowd Surfing. Ever had someone's boot in your face while trying to watch you favourite band? Not much fun is it? Please don't crowd surf at this year's event. Not only could you hurt yourself, but you many injure someone else and ruin their weekend too. You will be ejected from the venue is you're found to be persistently crowd surfing.
